TDS documents are the authoritative source for product specification and are written for applicators, contractors, and specifying engineers who need precise performance data.

Safety Data Sheets

Safety Data Sheets provide hazard, handling, storage, and emergency response information for all Hulk Systems products. SDS documents are required on any commercial job site where Hulk Systems products are in use. All Hulk Systems SDS documents are compliant with current Canadian WHMIS requirements.

Application Guides and Installation Documentation

Hulk Systems application guides provide step-by-step installation instructions for each product and system type. Illustrated install guides walk through surface preparation, product application, detailing at penetrations and transitions, and cure and inspection procedures. These documents are intended for licensed Hulk Systems applicators and serve as the reference standard for warranty-compliant installations.

MasterSpec Product Specifications

Hulk Systems provides MasterSpec-format product specifications that architects and specifiers can incorporate directly into project specification packages. These documents are written in standard CSI MasterFormat structure and include product descriptions, execution requirements, and warranty terms. How to Read a Waterproofing Technical Data Sheet

A Technical Data Sheet for a waterproofing product contains several critical sections: product description, intended use, surface preparation requirements, application method, coverage rate, cure time, performance data, and limitations. When specifying Hulk Systems products, pay particular attention to the substrate compatibility section and the application temperature range — two of the most common sources of field problems when waterproofing products are applied outside their specified conditions.

Some building authorities require product documentation as part of the permit or inspection process for below-grade waterproofing systems. Hulk Systems TDS and SDS documents are accepted by building departments across Canada. If your building authority requires additional documentation — such as ICC evaluation reports, third-party test results, or engineer letters — contact Hulk Systems and we will work with you to meet your jurisdiction’s requirements.
