When Hulk Systems designed its 100% solids, zero VOC mastic, the performance attributes required were extensive. Easy 1:1 mixing ratio, non-corrosive on foam, the ability to bond and seal a multitude of building materials together, zero-shrinkage, extreme adhesive properties, and it could not harden at sub-zero temperatures, providing long term and dependable thermal shock resistance. We are proud to say that the material outperforms anything else on the market in every one of these categories.

Great for Building Soft Corner Coves
A corner cove is a quarter round seal applied to the corner joint of a vertical wall and floor slab. This could be the exterior cold joint on a foundation, or the interior floor to wall joint inside a basement, garage, pump station, or any other interior space receiving a floor-to-wall coating such as epoxy. To create the cove, applicators will pack the material into the corner joint at their desired rate, either by trowel or caulking gun, and then shape it, often using a custom built coving tool or a silicone cooking spatula to achieve the quarter round transition.
