Hulk STPE® is a single-component, liquid-applied waterproofing and air barrier system built on silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) technology. Fire-resistant and moisture-cured, it protects commercial and residential wall systems made of concrete, masonry, mortar, metal, and ICF foam. With Class “A” fire performance, high elongation, and the ability to cure even on damp or green concrete, it seals out air and water while moving with the structure. Fast-curing and rain-safe within minutes, it ensures reliable protection in even the toughest conditions.
