Systems
View any of our four waterproofing systems to better understand the steps and products used in each installation process. No matter what substrate material you’re up against, we have you covered. Both technical data sheets and safety data sheets can be found above each product as you scroll through the system. More data, such as the installation guide can be found in the Resources section of our website.

By Surface Type
CONCRETE SYSTEM
Protect your project using our spray on HULK: WP membrane. No sagging or splashback, with options for high water table and blindside applications.
ICF BLOCK SYSTEM
Combines the waterproof nature of membrane with the impact resistance of dimple wrap in 1 monolithic system.
STRUCTURALLY INSULATED PANEL (SIP) SYSTEM
Designed specifically to address cementitious sheathing and underground joints in SIP projects, eliminating all water access points.
WOOD SHORING SYSTEM
When your timber structure needs waterproofing; the ideal system for leave-in-place shoring or OSB/wood-constructed foundations
What is Composite Waterproofing?
Composites are a combination of 2 separate materials that have different chemical and physical properties.
The resulting combination is a new, enhanced material which is engineered to be superior at performing its desired functions than either of the standalone individual products ever were. These functions can include becoming stronger, lighter, more rigid or resistant to stimuli like heat, impact, water and electrical current. In the case of waterproofing, an installer combines a high performance textile fabric, with a compatible liquid coating, to create an ultra durable, seamless sheathing that can withstand far more abusive conditions than any other material available on the market. Composite waterproofing has been relegated to protecting high value energy sector assets, where it remains the premiere solution for protection. Now, Hulk Systems is introducing these evolved materials to general construction and foundation waterproofing.
Hulk ICF System: 3 step process
Lets not over-complicate things! The basic application of the Hulk System can be broken down into 3 easy steps!
STEP 0
Ensure your foam is clean
You never want to spray over loose foam, dirt, or other contaminants and risk adhesion.
STEP 1
Spray liquid waterproofing (HULK WP)
Spray a thick layer of the membrane on your wall. You'll know you're at
35-40mils once you see a bit of sag (product drip).
STEP 2
Inlay the textile (HULK SRT)
Lay the textile into the still-wet section of wall you just sprayed. Smooth out
any wrinkles.
STEP 3
Spray liquid waterproofing again (HULK WP)
Immediately spray over the textile again. You'll know you've applied enough
material, when the texture of the fabric is no longer visible.
Custom Systems & Special Projects
We know that every project is unique, and rarely is there a structure where all four foundation walls experience the same conditions, never mind building to building or geographic location to geographic location.
Hulk Systems understands differences in weather, soil, acidity, water, and build-designs create unique challenges, so we help design unique solutions that offer custom protection for these special projects. Contact us with any details you may have, and we will put a technical expert on it straight away.
Concrete System
High performance and clean.
This system is fast and easy to install, and zero splash-back means you won’t be wearing it at the end of the day. Plus, it’s 100% water cleanup for your hands and equipment. Leave your harsh solvents at home.

Hulk Mastic
HS (Hulk System) Mastic, is our sun-safe, rubberized compound, that extends much further, and sets up much faster than traditional tar / fiberglass mastics.
Hulk WP
HS WP (Hulk System Waterproofing), is the core product in any Hulk System. This acrylic polymer membrane is cold-applied, water-based, and fire-resistant.
Hulk SRT
The idea of incorporating HS SRT (Hulk System Structurally Reinforced Textile) came from the aerospace industry, where composite textiles are used to enhance performance.
ICF Block System
Fully protect your ICF with a single seamless system in 3 easy steps, rather than requiring layer upon layer of primers, membranes, peel n’ stick, drainage wrap, and protective board products.
From the footing up, the monolithic Hulk ICF Block System leaves no seams or joints where water can get behind the system.

Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP) System
Structurally Insulated Panels or SIPs for short, are a quickly burgeoning technology, with more marketplace adoption every year.
These double-sheathed, foam core wall panels are processed off-site and then assembled like lego in a fraction of the time at the job location. For sheathing, common materials include a variety of cementitious boards, magnesium boards, oriented strand board (OSB), plywood, and even metal.

Wood Shoring System
Where there’s nearly no worry of groundwater and the ground content is suitable, many jurisdictions may be building treated plywood or oriented strand board (OSB) clad foundations.
Alternatively, the project planning may have requested the forms or shoring be kept in place for additional support and protection. Whatever the case, if you’re up against waterproofing a wood product below grade, we have you covered.
