Reinforced ICF Composite Foundation
Better protect your block by essentially creating a composite cast around your below grade block, waterproofing your walls, penetrations, and cold joints.

Above Grade Synthetic Stucco
Continue protecting your block above ground, and give your structure or home either a concrete, stained concrete, or stucco-look aesthetic you'll love.

ICF Pool Lining
ICF pools are all the rage given the added R-Value and reduced time to install them. Hulk has a perfect solution for sealing, reinforcing, and lining your next pool.

Submersible ICF Foundation & Slab
Special solutions are needed when you're project is below the water table. Hulk Systems combats hydro static pressure from both the inside and outside.

What is Composite Waterproofing?

Composites are the basis of all our systems. They are a combination of 2 separate materials that have different chemical and physical properties.
The resulting combination is a new, enhanced material which is engineered to be superior at performing its desired functions than either of the standalone individual products ever were. These functions can include becoming stronger, lighter, more rigid or resistant to stimuli like heat, impact, water and electrical current. In the case of waterproofing, an installer combines a high performance textile fabric, with a compatible liquid coating, to create an ultra durable, seamless sheathing that can withstand far more abusive conditions than any other material available on the market. Composite waterproofing has been relegated to protecting high value energy sector assets, where it remains the premiere solution for protection. Now, Hulk Systems is introducing these evolved materials to general construction for our numerous systems.

Hulk ICF System: 3 step process

Lets not over-complicate things! The basic application of the Hulk System can be broken down into 3 easy steps!

STEP 0

Ensure your foam is clean

You never want to spray over loose foam, dirt, or other contaminants and risk adhesion.

STEP 1

Spray liquid waterproofing (HULK WP)

Spray a thick layer of the membrane on your wall. You'll know you're at 35-40mils once you see a bit of sag (product drip).

STEP 2

Inlay the textile (HULK SRT)

Lay the textile into the still-wet section of wall you just sprayed. Smooth out any wrinkles.

STEP 3

Spray liquid waterproofing again (HULK WP)

Immediately spray over the textile again. You'll know you've applied enough material, when the texture of the fabric is no longer visible.

Hulk Systems: Color Options

Best color choice if you want to make a splash in your market, and are promoting Eco-Friendly projects and products! There's no better way to announce that Hulk Systems has arrived at your location!

PROMO GREEN

Best color choice for making foam look like it's concrete! Whether its just the belly band (between your siding and ground grade) of your ICF or the entire wall! Mix with aggregate and spray apply with a hopper to achieve a textured stucco-look).

CONCRETE GREY

Best color choice for concrete coverage! We know the industry doesn't like too much change at once! If you're inspectors, GC's or regulators expect to see a black coating on the wall, that's what you can give them!

INDUSTRY BLACK

Best color choice for above grade or high heat regions! Some regions are exposed to high UV and heat. Dark colored tints can affect the substrates in these areas. Our white option reflects heat rather than retaining it!

SOLAR REFLECTIVE WHITE

Hulk Systems: Texture Options

Need a replacement or another option for the "belly band" strip usually meant for mortar and parging? Or maybe you want your SIP panels to have an acrylic stucco aesthetic?
Look no further, because Hulk Systems has that covered. Rather than a cementatious layer that is prone to delamination, cracking, water discoloration, and falling apart, why not use our spray on instead? Get the look of concrete, with greater strength and far easier reparability than parging mortar. No more trying to match your stained out concrete with hard to use, high build, trowel on products. Hulk Textured is fast and easy to apply, and simple to patch using either a hopper and compressed air or a textured sprayer (please ask us which equipment we recommend!).

    Custom Systems & Special Projects

We know that every project is unique, and rarely is there a structure where all four foundation walls experience the same conditions, never mind building to building or geographic location to geographic location.
Hulk Systems understands differences in weather, soil, acidity, water, and build-designs create unique challenges, so we help design unique solutions that offer custom protection for these special projects. Contact us with any details you may have, and we will put a technical expert on it straight away.

    Above Grade Synthetic Stucco

What has been missing from ICF is a lighter thickness stucco system that won't shear the foam face causing a delamination failure. What's also been missing is a system that can endure environmental abuses like hail, wind-driven rain, thermal shock, wind thrown debris, woodpeckers, and equipment collisions. Well, we built it. 4x as strong as the leading systems at 1/4 of the thickness and weight.
    synthetic stucco installation guide
No ICF pool is brought to completion with a singular product. It takes sealing the joints, the plumbing, the light housing, the drains, the scuppers; it involves  increasing the overall compressive resistance with reinforcement webbing and cement based products, waterproofing the exterior, and lining the interior with a material that is compatible with constant submersion, UV abuse, and cleaning chemicals. Those are the core elements to finishing your ICF pool project, and Hulk Systems' ICF Pool System includes products ideal for every one of these steps.

    Submersible ICF Foundation & Slab

Lakeside or riverside structures, homes on tidelines, buildings in flood planes,  and hurricane zones all have something in common. They may need extra attention in their construction due to being below the water table line, and at high risk of flooding. On top of additional slabs, sumps and drainage, these projects may need to withstand the abrasion of moving sand and debris from live waterflow, or near constant immersion in water. For that, Hulk Systems has the perfect solution for both horizontal and vertical construction.

    Hulk Epoxy Membrane
Used as a submersible grade coating with maximum surface penetration, the epoxy membrane also resists both positive and negative side hydrostatic pressure.

    Hulk SRT
When embedded in the first coat of Epoxy Membrane, the textile acts like an anti-fracture webbing, preventing the system from delaminating and adding additional strength.
